I decided to deal with FlightRight 12 days ago (case 645976). At first all was ok. They sent payment request to aircompany and sent report to me. Then airline (6 days ago) sent me directly confirmation that airline is ready to transfer me flight-delay compensation and they requires my banks details to do it. I forwarded this confirmation to FlightRight by email, but did n't receive answer, later I wrote them in WhatsApp, but I have n't received any reaction from FlightRight. I could break the contract with FlightRight (I have two weeks to do it) and receive more money directly from aircompany, but I prefer to be honest person (FlightRight (not me) sent request to airline). But it's annoying when you don't receive answers to your email letters. And, I afraid, if Flightright does n't answer me, I would need to break the contract with them and deal with aircompany directly.__________________________________________________________So, it seems FlightRight answers only after negative feedback here. In fact, aircompany confirmed my flight-delay compensation two weeks ago. I forwarded this to FlightRight immediately (as FlightRight asks). FlightRight was not replying me... After my negative feedback here, FlightRight sent me email (literaly immediatly) that they need my bank details to forward this to aircompany. I sent email to them with my bank details, and where asked to reply me, because I have some questions according my bank details. They did n't reply me (of course). I sent one more letter to FlightRight in monday, they did n't reply me. I checked Ryanair's claim tracker, and saw that aircompany is still waiting my bank details. Eight days passed after I sent information to FlightRight, but FlightRight didf n't forward my information to aircompany. I have just one quetion, when FlightRight are going to forward my bank details to aircompany (this is part of their service, how they say).
