Dicen que te van a ayudar y luego, al mes, te dicen que no pueden dando respuestas esquivas y usando excusas falsas. En mi caso, tras problemas tecnicos y 7 horas de retrasos dicen que fue un problema meteorológico, lo cual es completamente falso, y pasan de ayudarnos.
