They are keeping €40 of my €60 refund for 'administration' despite the airline having processed the refund. I booked a flight with them, and the airline refunded both parts quickly. Now, I’m left waiting and have had to contact them multiple times, only to be told they keep a portion for 'admin' costs. This has been incredibly frustrating during an already difficult time.
