I spent all day and part of the night trying to change the date of my flight and return between Albuquerque and Seattle from 5/4 -5/7 to 5/11-5/14. Several agent assured me it had happened only to send my the old itenary. One woman had it worked out and gave me exact times, which I wrote. We were cut off. On Sunday, Finally they managed one way to although was assured it was both. I could not reach Booking.I do not have this kind of time. I spent my money to book the return flight on Alaska. The last available seat (the flight that the agent had found) I understand that the infrastructure is unraveling, perhaps there is a more kind or less stressful way to do this. I would like a refund. I know that that is probably not going to happen.
