My flights details were handled by Alisha Irtaza, I needed specific travel arrangements, which she dealt with patiently, I needed a flight that avoided a connection in London because of how busy the airport is, from my previous experience I found it hectic finding those trains etc, another city I wanted to avoid was Nairobi, our own capital city, too busy, but she got me a flight home to Mombasa after struggling for 2 days. That is why she deserves 5star, in my previous travel to Kenya was the first time she sorted me out hence a call asking for her assistance which after a hectic situation she helped.
