I wanted to say how much I appreciate how Zayn and Sohrab took care of the ticket issue. They were so kind and professional when I asked questions. There was a little mistake, but Zayn fixed it quickly later that evening, working on behalf of his colleague as a team. Teamwork was experienced at a very high level.
