just want to add to my previous review make sure you record any calls you make or receive as this company do not use this service and will deny what they have said - i recorded the call i had with the manager on saturday and the calls i had with Baska when she advised the flight had never been booked and i am only glad i did as this can now be given as the evidence to the bank along with all the emails i have received from them- including the one were it shows they offered a full refund - just hope people who have had the same experience read this as it may help to get their money back and anyone who is thinking of using them do not bother book with a reputable company who you know are honest and respect their customers
