This is my second review for this company. This company is completely scamming people who are looking for cheap flights. First, I booked my flight and paid the deposit. I received an email confirmation stating my flight details and deposit (£70) including the deadline when to pay the remaining balance. When I called them to pay, the agent said the flight was already full and that the seat wasn't secured. How could that be when I have paid the deposit? He offered me another flight which I said I'm not taking the airline he was offering as I dont feel safe with it. Continued to offer me different airlines but operated by the same country which I declined and said I want a refund. Due to my bad experience I wrote a negative review on Trust pilot. They kept contacting me offering a refund of the deposit (£70) I paid. They sent an email stating they will the deposit I paid saying:We have received following notification regarding your refund request.Kindly find details as below and reply back with ‘Go Ahead’ Total Paid Amount:- 70 GBPRefund Into Card:- 7.0 GBPThey also sent me an email that the refund is on its way, they asked me to take my negative review but I said I want to see my refund first. I didn't notice the decimal point between 7 and 0. So this is my second review for dealing with this company. To my surprise, the money came to my account but it was only for £7.0 only instead of £70. This company is not dealing honestly with their customer. I will follow the what the other customer did who also wrote a negative review early this month. AVOID AT ALL COST!
