They will collect downpayment for flights and wont have any follow up for the rest of the booking. The customer service is appalling. They will try and intimidate you and even speak to you patronisingly. For asking for a refund their parting words were- We will see you in court . Absolute joke. Avoid as much as you can. They have been reported. In response to your reply: the best that you can come up is I’m a fake reviewer. And it’s just a coincidence that people who have given you negative reviews had exactly the same experience as I did. Do better. You don’t need to sort my problem , I’ve booked somewhere else and my bank refunded me the downpayment that you refused to refund.
