I never write any reviews, but my personal experience with this company and especially with Alisha has been nothing but professional, resourceful and extremely efficient. So please.... don't believe any bad reviews, as I can vouch for their professionalism, excellent customer service and relentless hard work.After I experienced a number of difficulties and having to postpone my trip so many times, Alisha was extremely kind and understanding of my personal circumstances and went out of her way to find the best solutions for me on numerous occasion. They were always accomodating and caring. I would surely have lost my money if it were for another company, because I amended my booking so many times. But no, not with this company. Instead they worked tirelessly to find ways of helping me find the best options, until my e-tickets were sent to me yesterday.This is proof that good human beings still exist!
