Unacceptable customer service

Unacceptable customer service. I ordered a joystick and throttle, spending over £400 including customs and shipping. Four weeks later, one joystick started malfunctioning, with a light turning on even when not in use. I reached out for help, providing videos and screenshots, and they admitted the issue. When I requested a replacement or refund, they stated I had only 14 days to return it and claimed there were no grounds for a refund! Seriously? A representative suggested I was using it TOO HARD, despite my insistence that it was hardly used. Clearly, there was a misunderstanding, likely due to a language barrier. Now, I’m trying to get my money back through PayPal, but I can only recommend avoiding this company—they seem to disregard customer satisfaction. Once they have your money, you're on your own.
