Very disappointing customer support. I purchased a joystick and throttle, spending over £400, including customs and shipping. After four weeks, one joystick malfunctioned, with a light activating unexpectedly. I reached out for help, providing evidence, and they acknowledged the issue. When I requested a replacement or refund, they stated I had only 14 days to return it and that there were no grounds for a refund! Unbelievable! A representative suggested I was using it TOO HARD, despite my insistence that it was hardly used. Clearly, there was a misunderstanding, possibly due to a language barrier. Now, I’m seeking a refund through a payment service, but I can only advise others to avoid this company—they seem uninterested in customer satisfaction. Once they have your payment, you're left to fend for yourself.

I was hesitant after reading reviews, but I contacted the support team, and they responded within an hour! I placed my order for the joysticks, which were shipped the next day, and I received them the day after (in the Netherlands). The experience was fantastic, the support was prompt and accurate, and the joysticks are incredible! I paid via PayPal for a speedy transaction, as bank transfers take longer and credit card payments via PayPal (without an account) don’t seem very secure to me.
They aren’t the best. The products are decent, but there are many limitations that aren’t disclosed, which is why this review is only 3 stars. I bought a product a couple of months ago. It took over two weeks for delivery, which was a bit long, but I eventually received it. Setting up the mounts was challenging as I didn’t have the expensive mounts from the company. I had to modify my desk for installation. The software only allows for a limited number of rotary axis, making some features essentially useless. The customer support is also just average. I raised an issue in multiple emails, but they didn’t address it effectively. They have yet to respond to my last email sent over a month ago. If I were you, I’d consider other brands that are more accommodating and have better support.
I ordered a throttle system and joystick, and I can only say WOW! The packaging is of high quality, and the products are beautifully designed. The setup software is straightforward and user-friendly. Overall, a very impressive company! If you have questions, just reach out to them or look them up on video platforms; they have plenty of helpful content!
I was prepared for a longer delivery time, knowing that products are shipped in small batches. However, my order, which was supposed to arrive a month ago, never showed up. After filing a claim, I learned that the delivery method involved leaving packages unattended at my door. UPS confirmed they resolved the claim, reimbursing the seller, which means they profited without delivering my product. I opened a support ticket and was told a replacement would arrive within two weeks, but it’s been nearly four weeks with no response. This experience highlights the company's poor customer service and communication. I plan to report this situation to consumer protection, as I refuse to let this go.
