I paid for additional benefits such as flight cancellation/change protection and priority boarding but I cannot get more information on how to access these additional benefits. I tried to email customer service, phone the toll-free number, contact the agency that actually booked the ticket, and email a specific flightsmojo.com staff member. The staff member said to contact the airline, the airline said contact the agency. I could not find details of the benefits and how to access them on the agency's website. They were an option that I clicked when making my purchase and happened to take a screen cap so I would be able to quickly reference them. I have the charge on my statement to prove that I paid for them. I think they were bogus.
