Worst experience, never book from them, it’s been 72 hours and I have not received refund , I booked from Skyscanner through them and the amount of 13,115 got debited, later they said they don’t have availablity and will refund the amount. They haven’t refunded the amount yet in 72 hours, I need to book another flight but unable to because they are not refunding the amount. Total scam guys.

Never book on Flightsmojo as I booked a Flight from IXE to AUH on 18th January and payment made and successfully accepted the payment by Flightsmojo and received a mail that tickets will be issued in 1 hour and again received a mail stating that no seats available and Full refund will be issued and didn't received the refund and I think it's a scam site 😑 ‼️‼️‼️Booking ID: 1645012

Please avoid using Flights Mojo.I booked a flight for my son on 20 December 2025 from Bengaluru to Delhi (Booking ID: 1579516). I paid an additional amount to opt for a refundable ticket, including a Trip Shield add-on of ₹996, which allowed cancellation up to 48 hours prior to departure.Due to an unexpected exam rescheduling by the university, the ticket had to be cancelled. My son is pursuing B.Tech in Bengaluru, and his exam, originally scheduled for 20 December, was rescheduled at the last minute to 22nd and 23rd December 2025. I cancelled the ticket on 15 December 2025, well within the cancellation window, and also shared the official university email as supporting evidence.Despite this, my cancellation request was not processed. I contacted customer care multiple times, waiting 40–50 minutes each time, only to be told repeatedly that the verification team was still reviewing the documents. During a recent call, a customer service executive informed me that the cancellation had already been rejected on 15 December by a team member named Monica Kandari, without any explanation. When I asked for the reason, the response was unclear and the blame was shifted to the airline, citing a vague group booking issue.As a student family, every rupee matters, and it is extremely disappointing to see such a lack of accountability from Flights Mojo. Experiences like this make it clear why booking through reliable and transparent platforms is so important.The Trip Shield add-on is prominently displayed during booking and presented as a benefit, creating a false sense of security. In reality, it offers no real protection and feels like nothing more than early access to your own money, if at all. This is a classic example of misleading design and dark patterns used to manipulate customers.The website itself is a basic booking portal with no added value, no reliability, and no trustworthy customer support.Never again.Do not fall for these tactics. Speak up. Such manipulative practices must stop.

Please dont use Flight Mojo

Please dont use Flight Mojo, i booked my Flight, from Pune to Delhi and had to cancel it due to Death in my Family. I got no response from Customer Service as i tried to cancel my Ticket and i had also added travel insurance to my Ticket.No refund was provided. They used So Called Group booling to book my Ticket. And appraltey cancelation is Impossible. They say contact Airline and Airline Says contact Who booked the Ticket. Never again.

Bogus fee for non-existent "benefits"

I paid for additional benefits such as flight cancellation/change protection and priority boarding but I cannot get more information on how to access these additional benefits. I tried to email customer service, phone the toll-free number, contact the agency that actually booked the ticket, and email a specific flightsmojo.com staff member. The staff member said to contact the airline, the airline said contact the agency. I could not find details of the benefits and how to access them on the agency's website. They were an option that I clicked when making my purchase and happened to take a screen cap so I would be able to quickly reference them. I have the charge on my statement to prove that I paid for them. I think they were bogus.

Terrible experience. Extra charge for doing nothing

Terrible experience.I booked a flight from YOW to HND and initially thought everything was confirmed. Then I got a call from them asking to confirm the booking and trying to add checked luggage for an extra $100. I told them I could add luggage at check-in, but they insisted I had to do it through them. I checked online and saw the price was much cheaper elsewhere. When I declined, they said they would charge me a $50 cancellation fee. Even with that fee, I ended up getting a better deal by booking the ticket myself online.
