Hi, I have faced this issue for the first time in my fight journey. They are a group of 2-3 people who distribute the call among themselves. As soon as you book tickets they won't give you confirmed tickets. They used to charge extra money to give you confirmed ticket. It is a scam and don’t know why these companies like “Skyscanner” are allowing these scammer consultants to do business over their platform. I hope there are some other companies there like this.
