Terrible experience.
1. Just one day before departure, they informed us that our flight was cancelled without providing any alternative option or support.
This last-minute intimation completely disrupted our travel plans.Despite repeated attempts, their customer support was unreachable. Calls were never answered, and emails were completely ignored. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I later discovered that FlightsMojo had confirmed our booking on a flight that was already cancelled.
This raises serious concerns about their internal processes and accountability.
Overall, this felt like a clear-cut case of fraud and mismanagement. Customers trust platforms like these for smooth travel planning, but this experience was the exact opposite.
