I had an absolutely disgraceful experience with the service. I booked and paid a significant amount for a family holiday, only to be informed two months before the trip that our tickets were never issued. They offered to find another airline or refund us, as if that would resolve the situation. They resold our booking at a much higher price, ruining our plans. Communication was poor, with slow replies and no genuine apologies. I cannot recommend this service.

It has been months with no resolution, and they have left me in a difficult position. This company is deceitful and should not be trusted.
This company is fraudulent. They advertise tickets at low prices that are never available. After booking, they withhold tickets and then offer alternatives at higher prices. I struggled for weeks to get my money back and found their practices to be entirely deceitful. They exploit the system and should be avoided.
