I feel very stupid for not reading reviews before I purchased anything from this site.
I ordered 1 dress a month ago, paid for expedite shipping. They have absolutely no updates on when it will ship. And I am reading their responses to other customers, and its literally copy paste to all the emails they have been answering me. I jave never had issues with ordering stuff online even from unknown brands, so I foolishly believed it would be an amazing experience. I needed a dress for a special occasion, when I told them that the dress is not arriving on time (BTW I still have no uodate when it will be shipped), I asked for a full refund and cancellation of my order. They have answered me that at this point its impossible to do so, because all the items are handmade and they are already in process. ITS A SCAM!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I should have gone with the brands I have already ordered from. Biggest disappointment!
DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE. I bought a dress in December and it’s almost March, still not here. Will not send me confirmation. Will be disputing the charge tomorrow with my bank.
I kindly advise against making any purchases from this establishment. The sizing, quality, and customer service are all quite unsatisfactory. I cannot recommend this website, as the quality of their products is consistently poor.
My second review. The site is scam 100% still waiting and my order confirmation was on 12/19/2025 and of course not a word about my money. Don’t even think about made an order you will waist your money I did 65$
Extremely disappointing service; the delivery time is far from realistic, and there’s no refund offered. I placed an order almost three weeks ago and still haven’t received it. All I get are apologies, yet my package is still missing. This experience has been very unprofessional. I will not be using this service again and recommend avoiding it altogether.
This is my second time placing an order with this service. I bought the illuminated reindeer headbands for the holiday season. The product is beautiful and of excellent quality. It looked incredibly festive and fun! I would strongly recommend this service, as their customer support is also outstanding.
The dress I received was of very low quality, feeling quite plasticky, and priced at around £50, which is not inexpensive. Additionally, the color was not as it appeared on the website. When I attempted to return it, I was shocked to find out that returns are not accepted. It's a frustrating experience with this company.
Do not buy with this company. I purchased two dresses on October 10,2025, with expedited shipping. As far as communication goes all I received was a confirmation email saying they received my order. They never sent an email saying my package was being shipped or a tracking number. Finally on 10/29/2025, they reached out saying my package was undeliverable and I should call my local post office. I called the post office and they explained the package was not delivered because of an issue with the address. My package would be returned to the original sender by 11/4/2025, at 6:30 pm. I reached out to line my choice explained that to them and looked to confirm they received my package. They’re telling me my package is at the post office and I should go pick it up. Although I’ve already confirmed it’s not at the post office. I requested they cancel my order and give me a refund. They let me know they can’t refund me because of the stage we are at in the process. Mind you they have my package. I would include my order number but again, that was never provided to me. I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB.
Worst company ever , worst quality , design , honest, scam, nothing similar to the photo in the website like trash, I asked them to refund they refused and wants to delete my review, don't waste your moneyI will post photo of the original dress and the dress I received and u judge
