Flights booked October. Received outbound flights 6th November as yet no tickets for coming back. Customer service is abominable do not answer emails get cut of when you phone. 18 days to go with no tickets to come back I have had to book with another company as there are 8 of us cost was another £5k. Do not use appalling service.
