If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. My husband bought a tungsten wedding band from this service, and it broke after only six days of regular use. This ring holds significant sentimental value and is marketed as strong, yet it shattered just from casual contact with a table. To make things worse, the aftercare was inadequate. We were not offered a replacement or a reasonable solution; instead, we were told we had to purchase a new ring ourselves. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The product clearly does not withstand daily wear, and the customer service provided no support or accountability. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before spending their money here.
