If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. My husband bought a tungsten wedding band from this service, and it broke after only six days of regular use. This ring holds significant sentimental value and is advertised as durable, yet it shattered merely from contact with a table. To make matters worse, the aftercare was lacking. We were not offered a replacement or any reasonable solution; instead, we were informed that we would need to pay for a new ring on our own. This experience has been very disappointing. The product clearly does not endure daily wear, and the customer support provided no assistance or accountability. I would strongly recommend others to reconsider before investing in this.

Excellent products, review all the information on their site—it instills confidence in selecting a unique wedding ring. Their service was commendable, from providing a ring sizer for trying out sizes to being very accommodating with exchanges if the size isn't right initially. The team was very supportive and offered great products.
Highly responsive via email, incredibly helpful, with prompt shipping and easy returns for sizing and engraving. I wish they had more options for couples, like 6mm and 4mm in the same material and finish, but I found a similar alternative. The team was wonderful.
