I experienced significant delays waiting for my refurbished phone. Since I was unfamiliar with the service and there were no reviews, I opted for cash on delivery. It was stated that I could inspect the phone before purchase, but the courier refused to open the package due to a lack of instructions. I couldn't pay by card, as they only accepted cash. The courier warned me that if I paid cash and it turned out to be a scam, there would be no recourse. The entire experience was frustrating and filled with communication errors. I cannot recommend this service.
