I purchased a premium smartphone last summer, in excellent condition. However, the front-facing camera was damaged and the rear camera had debris behind the lens. I reached out to the support team requesting a replacement device, but received a very generic response. They instructed me to send the device back for evaluation, which could take up to a month. Keep in mind, I have no backup phone and they don't provide a temporary replacement, leaving me with a broken device that cost nearly 1,000 euros. I strongly advise against trusting this service.
