I encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience with the return and refund process. I placed an order on 16 December, and the product arrived on 22 December. Due to color mismatch and subpar quality, I initiated a return the very next day. However, no pickup has occurred, and no refund has been processed to date. The app consistently states that “pickup will be done today,” yet no one has come to collect the item. Despite numerous follow-ups with customer support, the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, my complaint was marked as “resolved” even though I still have the product and no refund has been issued. This situation is incredibly frustrating and feels deceptive. The lack of accountability and inadequate customer support have completely diminished my trust in the company. I strongly recommend others to exercise caution when making purchases, especially regarding returns and refunds.
