I had a very disappointing experience with the return and refund process of the service. I placed an order on 16 December, and the product arrived on 22 December. Due to a color mismatch and poor quality, I initiated a return the very next day after delivery. However, to this day, no pickup has occurred and no refund has been processed. Every day, the app indicates that “pickup will be done today,” but no one actually comes to collect the product. Despite numerous follow-ups with the support team, the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, the service marked my complaint as “resolved” even though the product is still with me and no refund has been issued. This situation is extremely frustrating and feels misleading. The lack of accountability and inadequate customer support have completely eroded my trust in the service. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when making purchases, especially regarding returns and refunds.

This has been the worst experience. If they can't deliver the correct items, why are they operating? If they can't handle returns for damaged items, what's the point? If they can't connect me with support, why even have a help feature? I will not be making any future purchases.
I ordered shoes on 02 October 2025, expecting delivery on 11 October 2025. Today is 15 October, and the order has been rescheduled without proper updates. A lot of time has been wasted, and the chatbot has been of no assistance. I have never encountered this with other online shopping platforms.
