This is the worst shopping site I have ever encountered. The customer service is inadequate; they often do not respond to queries or provide clear answers. I ordered a t-shirt, received the wrong one, and after a replacement, the correct one was the wrong size. The return process has been a nightmare, with no communication regarding pick-up schedules. Their customer service agents are rude and unhelpful. I am extremely disappointed and will not shop here again.
