They do not deliver the product and claim that the product has been delivered to the customers later on enquiry i get to know that the delivery boy left my parcel in the society compound as i wasnt available without even taking receiving signatures and then when asked he ask me to go and check the garbage boxes of the society.I file the complaint with flipkart and all i get till date is extending dates for my resolution and when asked they reply we are working on it and cut the call in between the conversation no updates are received by them to the customers and the customer service team gives replies like they cant help as the issue is with the back end team when asked to connect to back end team they say we do not have there no. This is the worst e commerce company to order any product.If u care dor your money and your time never ever order from flipkart they do not know how to deal with customers and treat them. Also they carry an unprofessional approach.
