I bought a Bajaj platina 110 drum bike on 18th March 2026 order no #OD337068908851715100, Bike ex show room price 70511 and They have given me 7801 discount on axis flipkart, The vehicle cost after discount 62710 + i bought ACKO comprehensive insurance of 4679 and additional discount on bajaj vehicle of 1030, Vehicle and Insurance i bought at Rs. 66358, The vehicle was ready on 20th March 2026, I called Flipcart to update the insurance now flipkart is telling i was not bought the insurance i bought only vehicle discount of 4500 instead of 7801 like they have manuplated the data and i given all the proofs still they are arguing i was not bought insurance. I called the customer care on 20th April they argued and then they told they will sortout the issue by 29th of march 2026, again they told by 4th april, 5th april and now they are telling 1st May, I called many time between 20th march to april 10th they told complaint has been registered they will get back, After many complaints i asked the complaint reference no on 7th april that time they are telling no complaint has been registered regarding this issue. I never ever seen such a idiot customer service. They have been well trained that how to tell grabber/Lie to customer, Every time same answer, Complaint has been registered we will sort out the issue, Till now they have been told issue will clear by 29th march, 4th april, 5th april, 28th april and now 1st May, they know very well customers will not have patience to wait and follow up, thats why they are extending the time. In the customer care non of then are professionals and not fit for customer care executive, They don't have Trust, Ehics, Moral they are unfit to be work as customer care, They will speak very negligence, I have all the recordings, They only fit for garbage cleaning not customer care executive, I am fed up with communicating with them, Now i did complained to consumer forum complaint no: 9002661 and PMO office complaint no: DOCAF/E/2026/0006020, if i am not getting proper response then i am ready to fight legally to any extend. I do belive that Flipkart is indian brand in that emotion i did transaction but Flipkart is FRAUD Brand ambasider of India, Friends this is my honest experience with this fraud company and Unprofessional/Trained fraud customer support and I have attached the offer how they have given, Be carefull while supporting and Spread to your known circle to creat awareness about fraudulent like Flipkart.
