The service is deceiving customers by sending counterfeit products. They provide original packaging but deliver a fake item inside. I ordered a detergent and received a bogus version instead. When I raised my concern, they claimed they couldn't reach out to the seller and stated that even if they supply a fake product, they won't take any action.
