Very poor delivery experience. My prepaid order (OD336827386078833100) was marked Out for Delivery but no delivery attempt was made and no call was received. Even after a conference call with senior support assuring delivery before 9 PM, the product was not delivered and the status was changed to “Delivery Rescheduled” without my consent. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability.
