Recently visited Flip Out E6 with my family to celebrate my son’s 7th birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We had booked a session for 5pm and called to change it to 6pm as we were running late. However, upon our arrival, we were told that the centre was closed and there was no booking for 6pm. We were also denied the opportunity to speak with a manager over the poor customer service we received.Despite contacting both managers Danielle and Zaid Mussa three times via email, we have been ignored. This is unacceptable as we are entitled to a full refund given the circumstances and can not get this. The experience we had at your Flip Out e6 centre has left us feeling that the company is very poorly run. Not only did we waste time and money, but our son’s birthday was ruined by the poor service received.Do not pay online when booking don't waste your time with coustomer service either. Cowboy Company 🤠 we finally got our money back via the banks and still nobody has contacted us at flipout e6
