They are a complete scam. We don't receive notifications or confirmations for our orders. If we are patient enough to reach out via email, they only respond when threatened with action. The products arrive late and are not what we ordered—old, defective items instead. All our money wasted. To make matters worse, the system for reporting fraud is unresponsive; we don't receive OTPs or confirmation for submissions.
