Fraudulent website. One won't get their order nor money back. It's a fake website and they have call center where all Fraudulents are working and misguiding customers. They will keep you waiting or keep saying your order is on its way. But you will never receive it. Don't order anything . Government should take action against them.

This page is bullshit. Totally a scam here, I ordered one product and cancelled it within a second. It has been month they are not able to refund my money back,Disgusting. Kindly do not order any thing from this website guys. Please be careful.
This service deserves a rating below one star. Initially, their emails were polite, focusing on customer engagement. Up until the point of requesting a refund, their communication was courteous, but their true intention was not to issue a refund. I ordered a dishwasher, and after six weeks, there was neither delivery nor refund. I have filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency. All affected customers should also file complaints online through the appropriate channels. We need to address this issue collectively.
They are a complete scam. We don't receive notifications or confirmations for our orders. If we are patient enough to reach out via email, they only respond when threatened with action. The products arrive late and are not what we ordered—old, defective items instead. All our money wasted. To make matters worse, the system for reporting fraud is unresponsive; we don't receive OTPs or confirmation for submissions. I placed an order for an air fryer costing Rs.7599/- (paid in advance) on 20.10.2025, but after nearly two months, I have neither received the product nor a refund, despite multiple written reminders. This is a highly untrustworthy company. They do not answer phone calls, and they have been unresponsive via email as well. I strongly advise everyone to avoid ordering from this company at all costs.
