This service deserves a rating below one star. Initially, their emails were polite, focusing on customer engagement. Up until the point of requesting a refund, their communication was courteous, but their true intention was not to issue a refund. I ordered a dishwasher, and after six weeks, there was neither delivery nor refund. I have filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency. All affected customers should also file complaints online through the appropriate channels. We need to address this issue collectively.
