I reached out multiple times via emails and calls for months, only to be ignored. The promised deliverables were only sent after I publicly commented on their social media page. A truly professional company would address complaints transparently, not attempt to silence dissatisfied customers by labeling them as 'fake.' Instead of covering up faults, take accountability. The Worst Decision for My Wedding: Unprofessional and a Complete Scam

This is, without a doubt, the WORST vendor I have ever encountered. I hired them for just 2 days — haldi-mehndi-sangeet and reception — and they insisted on 100% payment upfront. That should have raised a red flag, but I trusted them. It was my biggest mistake. From then on, it was a nightmare that lasted nearly 2 years. They delivered NOTHING on time. I had to plead, chase, call, and text them incessantly for every single item. It took them six months to edit the photos, a year to create a basic album, and an astonishing 20 months to finally send a pen drive with videos and images. The worst part — after making me wait almost 2 years, they casually informed me that they had LOST all video footage of the haldi-mehndi and sangeet. Those are once-in-a-lifetime moments, lost forever due to their negligence. And then, as if mocking me, they offered a meager refund of just 2000 rupees. That’s not just insulting; it’s outright robbery. The so-called CEO and Business Development Manager are the most arrogant and unprofessional individuals I’ve ever encountered. They exhibit zero accountability, empathy, and integrity. I called and messaged them for a month straight to dispute the ridiculous refund — they ignored me entirely. No apologies, no explanations, no ownership. Just sheer indifference. Hiring them was the worst decision I made when planning my wedding. They are a disgrace to this profession, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If you value your memories, time, and peace of mind — steer clear of these frauds. They don’t deserve to be in business.
