The company doesn't have customer service. They double charged me for a ticket that was supposed to be refunded because I managed the fare and changed the date. Now I have two return tickets and I can't refund the full amount. ]Their chatbot says it'll connect you with an agent, never does. Now I try to cancel, and the cancellation fee is 31 dollars for a ticket I booked a few seconds ago. The ticket was 51 dollars.
