The company doesn't have customer service. They double charged me for a ticket that was supposed to be refunded because I managed the fare and changed the date. Now I have two return tickets and I can't refund the full amount. ]Their chatbot says it'll connect you with an agent, never does. Now I try to cancel, and the cancellation fee is 31 dollars for a ticket I booked a few seconds ago. The ticket was 51 dollars.

Terrible experience; avoid this service at all costs

This was the worst experience I've ever had; traveling with this service was a complete nightmare. The bus arrived 15 minutes late at a downtown gas station for a trip to a destination. After boarding and loading luggage, we had to sit on the bus for over 1.5 hours without any explanation, even from the driver. When passengers started asking about the delay, we were finally informed there was an issue with the bus and that another one was on its way. There was no consideration for anyone on board. I strongly advise against using this service; we are still waiting to reach our destination due to a reported air compression issue.

The drivers were rude and misled us about reimbursement for Uber rides to escape the cold, while the support team and their chat confirmed otherwise. Confusion during a difficult time.

Cancelled within 30 minutes due to bereavement. No service used. Repeatedly requested a senior goodwill review but only received template policy responses.

Booking cancellation notification too late.

I made my booking on 23rd of November and had exams coming up on the 28th. I received a cancellation notification at 4:16 AM on the 28th, just hours before I was supposed to leave for my exam. This situation was incredibly stressful, and I found this level of service unacceptable. My first experience using the bus has been very disappointing.

Ticket purchased but not received.

I ordered a bus ticket and was charged for it but did not receive a ticket. When I contacted customer service, they said there was nothing they could do.

Excellent round trip experience.

Had a great round trip from Ottawa to Toronto. The bus was on time, clean, with chargers and a stocked bathroom. The assigned seat numbers were comfortable. I would definitely use this service again.

Safe travel during a snowstorm.

I rode the bus from Toronto to Ottawa on the first snowfall day, which turned into a snowstorm. The driver ensured everyone was safe and got us to Ottawa despite the poor visibility. He was an excellent driver!

Bus cancellation without notification.

They canceled my bus without informing me! I missed out on my vacation and had to pay a cancellation fee for the hotel, which the company refuses to reimburse. I wouldn't trust them again.
