I was traveling from Vienna to Sofia. I asked about the ADVERTISED INTERNET, because it was the reason I used Flixbus. The driver answered me "Internet we have at home ".
The TICKETS sales NEVER answered. I was calling for 2 hours. Had to take the risk to go and see if the drivers sell tickets. If there are available sits...
I bought a hand written ticket that doesn't have reservation number. Now I can't even send an inquiry to Flixbus if something happens...

The ADVERTISEMENT for INTERNET in the bus is a RUSE. It's a false and can be prosecuted by law.
The size if the file you are allowed to upload is 2MB. FLUXBUS, we are NOT in the year 2000 when this size was whauuu... A simple printscteen is too big to be uploaded.
