had an extremely disappointing experience with this service and their customer support. I had to cancel a $49 ride because I came down with a stomach virus and physically couldn’t travel. Despite this being a legitimate medical reason, I was only refunded $11. Customer service repeatedly hid behind “policy” instead of showing any basic understanding or flexibility for a situation completely outside of my control.
What made the experience even worse was being told there was no higher level of management available to review the situation. That’s incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to resolve a legitimate issue. I even had to book another ride for $32 afterward, so this situation ended up costing me even more money.
The lack of empathy, accountability, and willingness to help was shocking. If this is how they treat customers who run into unavoidable situations like illness, it says a lot about how little they value the people using their service. I will absolutely not be using this service again and would strongly caution others before booking with them.
Very disappointing experience with FlixBus. I had booked a bus from Nepali Farm, Rishikesh to Delhi. Due to VIP movement, the bus got delayed by more than 2 hours. Since I had to reach Delhi urgently, I was forced to book a private cab and travel separately.
During this time, I tried multiple times to contact customer support to cancel my ticket, but there was absolutely no response from their side. No assistance, no accountability, and no proper support for passengers.
Because of such poor service and lack of customer support, I would strongly advise people not to use FlixBus. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I love Flixbus because its cheap and easy for a small trips. Sometimes it can be durty there and smell like pee, but It rarely happens to me. What is really unpleasant, is that it delays a LOT, for an hour, for 2 hours or even more. And furthermore you rarely get any information about it earlier as 5 min before the moment, when the trip should have been started, and mostly it is delayed repeatedly several times. It's just really too bad, you can't plan anything with flixbus. Today I waited for a bus almoust two hours and couldn't even sit in the cafee to wait for it, because an app always showed me that it's delayed for 20-30 minutes, so every time I thought I hadn't enough time to go anywhere.
Disappointed by the lack of response regarding Order 3329247038. My driver used the rescue lane illegally in Slovenia, endangering passengers, and I was double-charged for a seat that didn't exist
I have enjoyed booking with FlixBus several times because I can see multiple travel options/bus companies. I used FlixBus for my most recent trip despite knowing which company I wanted to book through because the price transparency was actually better on FlixBus. Regarding timeliness of the bus, I recommend going to the company operating the bus and finding their bus tracker.
I had a very disappointing experience with FlixBus. I was charged extra for additional luggage, but no proper bill or receipt was provided. There were also no clear terms, specifications, or transparent pricing explaining how the extra luggage fee was calculated, which felt unfair and misleading.
The staff member handling the situation was extremely unprofessional — shouting, abusive, and completely lacking basic customer hospitality. This behavior is unacceptable for a passenger service.
Additionally, the bus itself was not clean, and my luggage became dirty during the journey. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the bus was largely empty, yet passengers were still being pressured to pay unclear extra charges.
Overall, this was a very poor customer experience with serious concerns around transparency, cleanliness, and staff conduct. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its service standards.

Worst travel ever. The driver was extremely rude, abusive, and arrogant. Rash driving the entire trip—felt unsafe throughout. On top of that, he refused to drop passengers at the confirmed stop and forced everyone to get down wherever he decided. When questioned, he shouted and hurried people out without giving time to get luggage. Zero professionalism, zero respect for passengers. Avoid this travel at all costs. It's a poor Service by the Flexibus because I have booked an online ticket of 5 members from Ghaziabad to Ujjain and making me fraud of Rs 5,500/- where as in my Family the two persons are almost 60Years. We were standing there almost 11pm with my parents
I’m just so glad that there is an alternative to trains and cars out there…
I would give 4 stars if either they‘d be more on time OR there would be a little more legspace OR the WiFi would be more stable OR the drivers would be friendlier… but one shouldn‘t expect that.
I was looking for a trip to SeaTac airport. When I looked up SeaTac only one bus came up. When I looked up Seattle, a bus came up that seemed to show it made 2 stops, one in Tacoma and one at SeaTac. I booked a ticket only to find out the bus did not stop at SeaTac but did stop in Tacoma. Even with a picture of the confusing website, the company refused to admit there was any problem. I did not take the trip but was charged.
