This company will steal your money! My son was involved in an accident on his way to the bus station. The agent could care less about helping me while I’m trying to cancel his ticket and receive phone call from police to see if my son is ok 1,100 miles away home. This is absolutely the most pathetic policy and disgraceful customer service any company can offer! And keep my $250 and offer me an excuse. The pennywise bus should not have been the one to be shut down, FlixBus is!!!!
