I booked a coach scheduled for 22:45 in TallinnUnfortunately, the coach DIDN'T turn upNO text or email updates regarding the delay (despite the fact that I signed up for updates)the coach live GPS tracking FAILEDother FlixBus drivers present refused to provide any assistance whatsoeverit got to the point where the 1:00am coach arrivedwhich they refused boarding with my valid ticket for the last coach, insisting that I need to buy a seperate last-minute ticket (over 50% more than my original ticket)I had to pay as I have no where to stay overnightThey refused to refund me so I got charged more than twice because flixbus messed upUpdate:Flixbus is charging me admin fee of £14 each per passenger in order to process the refund for 1 single booking (i.e. £42 admin fee deducted from our refund), so they are offering me back £0.99 per person
