I had one of the worst travel experiences with FlixBus. My bus from Los Angeles to San Francisco was delayed nearly 5 hours overnight (from midnight to 5 AM). As a solo traveler, I was stranded at Union Station in unsafe conditions, with rats, homeless people, and nowhere to go.I called customer support 6 times, but they gave me no real answers and even hung up on me 3 times. I ended up buying another ticket for $80, only to later find out the original bus left hours late without any notice. I also spent $50 more just to get through the night.Despite all this, FlixBus has offered no refund, no voucher, no compensation — just empty apologies. Customer support has been completely unhelpful.This was not a minor delay, but a failure of service and communication, and I cannot recommend FlixBus to anyone.
