Absolutely disgusting experience with FlixBus. We had already paid online for extra baggage and were 100% within the limit, but the arrogant driver refused to let us board unless we paid even more. In the end, we were forced to pay for bags we didn’t even carry. That’s daylight robbery.The driver was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. To make things worse, he even left a passenger behind simply because they dared to complain. Is this how FlixBus treats paying customers?This company clearly doesn’t care about fairness or customer service if they’re hiring people like this. Shameful behavior, a total scam, and the worst travel experience I’ve ever had.I will NEVER take a FlixBus again, and I strongly warn others – avoid this company at all costs.PsIt has been a week since my complaint, and the only response I received from FlixBus was a few questions from their admin—likely just to add a reply here on Trustpilot. Unfortunately, no real action has been taken. I have not received a refund for the extra charge, nor have I seen any sign of disciplinary action against the driver involved.I’m very disappointed with the way this has been handled. At this point, it feels like FlixBus is more concerned about their public image than actually resolving customer issues. For me, it’s a definite NO to FlixBus.
