If I could give 0 starts I would. I was provided the incorrect bus stop address by FlixBus. The bus was 50 minutes late, and then arrived to the wrong address. I was left stranded in 40 degree heat. When I tried to get a refund because of their error, they said that my tickets were used and denied me a refund. This is despite the fact that I had timestamped proof that I was not on the bus, and had to buy local bus tickets to get to my destination. Absolutely disgusting customer service, incredibly poor bus service and just an overall sham company. Save your money and your time and use local transport instead!
