FlixBus canceled my trip from Milan to Metz on 29 May 2025, and since then I’ve been chasing my own refund for months.They keep asking for my private bank statements — which I provided, even though it’s personal and confidential.They say:🟢 “We sent the money.” → No money in my account.🟢 “Ask your bank.” → My bank confirms no incoming transfer.🟢 “Oh wait, the transfer was canceled and refunded back to us.”🟢 “Check again with your bank.”WHAT??They never give proper proof that any money was sent — no transaction ID, no confirmation from their side, nothing. Just a loop of copy-paste replies, no accountability, no real help.All I’m asking is: send me my refund. That’s it.
