Rang "general" enquiry line to ask why a coach was delayed because our son was nearly 2 hours late. Was told they cannot tell me due to GDPR. I wasn't asking for personal details, just the reason why one of their coaches was delayed????Today we had our coach to London pick-up point changed 3 times and 4 delay emails. Then the coach didn't even collect us and 10 others from UWE. I can't understand how this company can treat their customers this way and still stay in business
