Elderly passengers, who didn’t speak the language, were left stranded in unfamiliar cities without information. I spent a lot of time searching for support and navigating endless automated calls to address the company's failures. The only positive aspect was the call center operators who eventually assisted with the bookings. Everything else—communication, delay monitoring, and passenger support—was a complete failure. This is not merely about delays; it reflects a total lack of responsibility and care for passengers! After years of using this service, this experience has been the last straw.
