Instead of taking responsibility for their error, the support team blamed me and offered no assistance. This negligence regarding safety, legal obligations, and customer rights is absolutely intolerable.

On June 23rd, my bus from one city to another became a nightmare: • The driver abandoned the bus, leaving us stranded on the motorway at night. • There was no communication or safety measures, exposing passengers to traffic hazards. • Police intervention was necessary, and we waited hours for a replacement driver. • The company refused to take responsibility, ignored my complaints, and only refunded my ticket after weeks of persistence. This service poses a risk to passenger safety. Avoid it at all costs!
The bus was comfortable and punctual. The driver's performance seemed good from our perspective. It was peaceful on board, making for an enjoyable journey. However, the WLAN was limited; although I don't watch films or play games, I used WhatsApp and Facebook, and the allowed data was depleted in just an hour.
Avoid this company. They are completely unreliable. The service has been absolutely unacceptable. Twice in four months, delays caused missed connections on international routes. My family traveling from one country to another faced problems due to these delays. The company provided no proactive assistance: no notifications, no automatic rebooking, and no help. Elderly passengers, who didn’t speak the language, were left stranded in unfamiliar cities without information. I spent a lot of time searching for support and navigating endless automated calls to address the company's failures. The only positive aspect was the call center operators who eventually assisted with the bookings. Everything else—communication, delay monitoring, and passenger support—was a complete failure. This is not merely about delays; it reflects a total lack of responsibility and care for passengers! After years of using this service, this experience has been the last straw.
