Extraordinary service and safe journey

Safe journey from Antalya to Konya with excellent service. Including sending a note when the bus arrived and the license plate number - therefore super easy to find the right bus! Absolutely recommended! (27.6.25)Update: I went as well from Konya to Istanbul. Last minute the bus was cancelled without a notification. The company then booked a bus from Metro for me without additional payment. This way I arrived in Istanbul about 2 hours later than planned what cancelled my original plan for this one evening in Istanbul. But as well the service was good and they put a solution - it was ok although I’ve been a little upset! (2.7.25)Update 2: From Istanbul to Sofia. The bus “needed to change”… waiting for another one. Nearly two hours without any explanation. Always saying it’ll be a matter of minutes (if one asks… no proactive information provided!!!) After this two hours the bus left - with exactly the same bus and the same driver. Absolutely nothing changed!!! Except that - again - my plans for the evening were skipped unnecessarily. Additional another 2 hours late because of the fault of another passenger, but that was nothing, flix/kamil koc have been responsible for but in fact I arrived close to midnight instead of early evening in Sofia. Service low. (3.7.25)Update 3:Sofia to Vienna. Everything was smooth, but no service at all and very rare rests. But on time.(4.7.25)Update 4:Vienna to Freiburg. Again the bus was shortly cancelled and offered to book a different bus instead for free. But you needed to decide without really having time to think about it. I booked and picked a not that good solution for me (again my plans for the Vienna evening have been cancelled this way!!!). A couple of minutes after changing my booking I wanted to change again because It made a fault. Not possible without paying additional 50€++ for the short change - although the shoot was their fault and I just picked the false button!!! But possible to correct this fault within the first 15 Minutes after booking is nearly scam! Therefore I needed to take this shitty bus. Worst service at all, not even water to drink offered within a 8+ hour drive… 🥵😡🤬 (5.7.25)Summary: The more european you get the worse the service! The bus-tour itself: Very kind drivers, safe journey. But if you want to plan something: Plan additional times. To think: Uh, if I take this bus, I’m in Istanbul at 19:30, then I can have a quick check-in in the hotel nearby, take the train to the haven for 20 minutes and then make a Bosporus dinner cruise at 20:45… Or uh, I’m in Sofia at 19:30, I can have a nice party evening there… Or uh, I’ve got 5 hours time for a nice dinner and a vine in Vienna beides heading home again … Forget it. You can book Flix and you’ll come home somehow but it’s very unsure with which bus and when…
