The member of staff who was loading the luggage onto the bus was unacceptably rude. He questioned the weight of the rucksack, which is fine in itself, but his approach and smugness about it was disrespectful. Once we established my bag was ok, he then instructed me to load it into the luggage compartment and laughed and said it’s not my job. So unprofessional especially when he had loaded all the luggage on for previous female passengers!! This member of staff needs to be given some extra customer service training, or maybe he is in the wrong profession and should do a job where he does not have to deal with the general public. Based on this experience I would not use or recommend this company.
